During Ole Miss’ bye week, the coaching staff has been active on the recruiting trail. On Tuesday, Ole Miss recruiting assistant Kelvin Bolden visited Biloxi High School to deliver exciting news to 2027 offensive lineman Hayden Ainsworth—he received his first offer from the Rebels. Ainsworth, a 6’5″, 280-pound prospect, is still unrated by 247Sports, but his size and potential have already caught the attention of Ole Miss. This early offer could be the start of more interest from other top programs as Ainsworth’s recruiting profile continues to develop.

Hayden Ainsworth expressed his excitement after receiving his first offer from Ole Miss, telling *Inside the Rebels*, “I was excited (about receiving the offer). It kind of set me a little bit aback. It came right in the middle of the day. I wasn’t really expecting it. I texted my dad first to just let him know, because he helps me out through a lot of it. That’s who I texted first, then I posted it. I was really taken aback by it. I love Ole Miss and how they’ve reached out and how I’ve built a relationship with them.”

Ainsworth’s reaction underscores both the surprise and significance of the offer, as well as his appreciation for the growing relationship he’s developed with the Ole Miss coaching staff.
