Carnival Cruise Line Limits Complimentary Breakfast Juices in Main Dining Rooms

🍊 Complimentary Juices Now Limited

Traditionally, Carnival provided a variety of juices at no extra cost during breakfast in the main dining rooms. However, the current policy now limits complimentary options to orange and apple juices. Other popular juices, including grapefruit, pineapple, tomato, cranberry, and grape, are now subject to additional charges when ordered in the dining rooms .

It’s important to note that guava juice remains available at no extra cost in the Lido Marketplace, but it is not offered for free in the main dining rooms .

đź’¬ Passenger Reactions

The change has elicited mixed reactions from passengers. Some express understanding, acknowledging the alignment of dining room charges with those at the bars, where these juices have always incurred fees. Others feel that the reduction in complimentary options diminishes the value of the cruise experience, especially for those who enjoyed a variety of juices with their meals .

🥤 Alternatives for Juice Lovers

For guests seeking unlimited access to a broader range of juices, Carnival offers beverage packages:

  • Bottomless Bubbles: This non-alcoholic package includes unlimited sodas and juices such as orange, cranberry, tomato, pineapple, and grapefruit. Prices start at $8.20 per day for children and $11.21 per day for adults, including an 18% service charge .
  • CHEERS! Beverage Program: This comprehensive package covers most alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including the juices now charged separately in the dining rooms. The program is priced at $82.54 per person, per day, and must be purchased for the entire duration of the cruise .

These adjustments reflect Carnival’s efforts to standardize beverage offerings across its venues. Passengers are encouraged to review beverage package options to enhance their dining experience during their cruise.
