Notre Dame football legacy commit explodes week in and week out

Notre Dame has plenty to look forward to with the Faison family, as Dylan Faison, the younger brother of current Irish player Jordan Faison, continues to impress in his final high school season. Committed to the Fighting Irish for the 2025 class, Dylan is not only living up to his family name but also showcasing the explosiveness that Marcus Freeman and offensive coordinator Mike Denbrock value for Notre Dame’s future.

Dylan’s recent performances have been particularly noteworthy. Just a couple of weeks after breaking his high school’s single-game touchdown record with four scores, he followed up with three more touchdowns in consecutive games. His latest outing was a show of versatility and athleticism, as he found the end zone three different ways: on an interception return, a kick return, and a punt return. Standing at 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds, Dylan’s ability to impact the game in various ways hints at his potential to be a dynamic weapon for the Irish next year. His playmaking skills should mesh well with Notre Dame’s offensive scheme, and he’ll be one to watch as he joins his brother on the field in South Bend.
