The Indianapolis Colts will seek to finally secure a win in week three when they play the Chicago Bears. To begin the season, Indianapolis has lost two straight games to the Houston Texans and the Green Bay Packers.
However, Indianapolis’ offense will receive a significant lift on Sunday.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter
Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman, who was listed as questionable for Sunday due to back and calf problems, is expected to play against the Bears, according to a source.
Pittman’s availability will be critical for Anthony Richardson and the entire offense. Pittman missed Friday’s practice due to the aforementioned injuries, and he was listed as questionable on the Colts injury report. Pittman’s status will be confirmed about 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. ET opener on Sunday.
However, all signs go to Indianapolis having a big-play wide receiver on the field.
