Details emerge about the contract that Jonathan Kuminga is seeking.
Jonathan Kuminga of the Golden State Warriors recently had his best season yet, proving he might be a valuable member of the team for years to come.
But how much is Kuminga actually worth?
The Warriors will have to respond to that question soon.
According to Jake Fischer of Legion Hoops, Kumigna is seeking a $224 million maximum deal from Golden State.
Now, the question is, will he get it?

Kuminga averaged 16.1 points and 4.8 rebounds per game during the 2023-24 season.
Things got off to a bad start, and his future with the squad was uncertain.
But Kuminga and head coach Steve Kerr worked things out, devised a game plan, and then proceeded with the rest of the season.
That proved to be a watershed moment for Kuminga, who quickly gained more playing time and became far more productive.
By the end of the season, Kuminga had established himself as a key member of the lineup, and reports indicated that the front management was eager to maintain him in the long run.
According to some sources, the Warriors considered Kuminga untouchable.
If he truly is invincible, Kuminga deserves the maximum extension.
But it is a lot of money, and the Warriors may be hesitant to hand it to him, especially given how much of their squad and future is in turmoil right now.
If Kuminga does not get the extension he wants from the Warriors, would he look elsewhere?
