The hiring of Manny Malhotra to replace Jeremy Colliton as head coach was arguably the most significant decision of the summer thus far. Malhotra has previously played and coached in the NHL with the Vancouver Canucks.

The Canucks have already made many roster additions as they seek to bolster the team for the 2024-25 AHL season. This involves adding new players including Dino Kambeitz, Layton Ahac, and Carsen Twarynski.
