Milwaukee Bucks news: TNT stated on Monday that it would match Amazon’s $1.8 billion bid for the NBA’s broadcasting rights. This means that TNT will continue to deliver national coverage of the NBA beyond the following season. In light of this, Inside the NBA will continue to air despite rumors that it will be cancelled.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, who recently stated how much he enjoys the immensely popular TNT basketball show and one of its hosts, Charles Barkley, is overjoyed to learn about this huge news.
Milwaukee Bucks News: Giannis Antetokounmpo Shares Affinity to Inside the NBA
Giannis is one of a few players and celebrities who have expressed how much Inside the NBA means to them on a personal level. According to Antetokounmpo, this is one of the few programs he makes an effort to watch on television whenever possible.
“I usually don’t watch a lot of media, but definitely Inside the NBA is one of the shows that whenever I catch on TV, I try to watch for like five or 10 minutes just because it’s really funny,” he told me. “It’s not only about basketball. You can see those guys out there, having fun. They’re taunting each other. They’re just being honest.”
Giannis Gives Charles Barkley His Flowers
I believe Giannis is also a fan of Shaquille O’Neal, Ernie Johnson, and Kenny Smith. However, the former two-time NBA MVP reserved special admiration for one of the show’s hosts.
“Charles Barkley is so unique because I think he doesn’t have no filter,” Giannis quipped. “He is going to speak the truth. He is going to say whatever is on his mind. And that is why I believe many people respect him.
“He often says things that make no sense. But, at the end of the day, you admire the guy who tells you the truth without filter and, at the same time, has fun with it.”

Barkley has previously criticized Antetokounmpo and the Bucks, and it appears that Giannis appreciates the candor — even if he believes Chuck does not always make sense.
