The three-star from Fort Lauderdale is about to become a Bulldog.
The Georgia Bulldogs have been busy retooling their roster for the upcoming season, and they have signed several young players in the process. Georgia added another one on Wednesday, persuading another Florida talent to move north.
Jordyn Kee, a three-star combo guard, has committed to Georgia. Kee selected Georgia from a top six that included Missouri, Michigan, Georgetown, Florida State, and Bryant.
The 6-foot-4, 170-pound Ft. Lauderdale native will be the third member of the Bulldogs’ 2024 signing class, following five-star forward Asa Newell and four-star center Somto Cyril.
247Sports ranks Kee as Florida’s 25th-best prospect. According to the same measures, he ranks 44th among combo guards in the 2024 cycle.
Kee finished his high school career by playing for Sagemont Prep in Weston, Florida. Last season, he averaged 11.2 points, 4.0 assists, 3.0 rebounds, and 1.8 steals per game for Sagemont, which won the state championship. Kee finished the season hitting 43% from three-point range.
Kee is the latest addition to a Georgia squad that looks vastly different than it did last season. The Bulldogs have signed three freshmen, Mount St. Mary’s transfers Dakota Leffew and De’Shayne Montgomery, Vanderbilt transfer Tyrin Lawrence, Clemson transfer RJ Godfrey, and Appalachian State transfer Justin Abson.
